I am a 1976 graduate of Brantley High School. After working in textiles for eighteen years, I began teaching in 1995. I came to Brantley in 1996 to teach Basic Skills in grades 3 through 8 along with teaching remedial classes in grades 11 and 12. After two years, I moved to the computer lab and taught a combination of computer applications in grades 8 through 12, remedial classes, and 7th grade math for three years. I then moved to 4th grade, where I taught for four years. In 2005, I returned to junior high and high school, teaching computer applications and 7th grade math once again. In 2006-2007, I taught computer applications half a day and served as elementary counselor half a day. This is now my eleventh year as high school guidance counselor.

Hi! My name is Debbie (Taylor) Hall. I am a 1976 graduate of  Brantley High School. I am a life-long resident of this area.

It must be remembered that the purpose of education
is not to fill the minds of students with facts...
it is to teach them to think, .... ,
and always to think for themselves.
